How I discovered Scrapped Princess:Well, I was talking to a friend of a friend about anime when she offered to lend me Scrapped Princess. Since I was in a 'Need anime!!' phase, I immediately agreed and fell in love with it. (It hurt my eyes too, watching it non-stop while crying but oh well)

The character(s) I will defend with bike chains and broken beer bottles if I see anyone bashing him/her/them: Ah my memory's not helping with this as I haven't watched it for a while (must re-watch in holidays, yes) but I guess I'd say Pacifica. And Forcis. And Shannon. And Chris and... well, I'll just leave it at Pacifica.

How I plan to contribute:Probably by making icons to share with everyone, but I might write a fic once a year or so. *is a very lazy person*

Level of exposure:I've seen the entire anime and read the second novel- I um, bought the second novel because I thought it was the first and um, it was the cheapest. *blush*



How SutePri broke my brain: Actually, I've totally forgotten because I haven't seen it since the beginning of the year, but I remember going "WHAT?!" at the whole Chris/Winia thing. I knew it was going to happen, but I didn't like it. *is a Pacifica/anyone shipper- seriously, I like them ALL*

How it broke my heart: When Pacifica's mother died, when Fulle died, when Pacifica held unto the bath tablet-thing, when Shannon nearly killed Pacifica in Taurus, when Forcis stabbed Pacifica...the list goes on. ^^ I cry a lot.

What I still don't understand:Why did Winia and Chris end up together?? (Yes, I am STILL not over that yet :P)

I'm not sure if this really happened or not:Actually, I was just wondering about the manga, if anyone's read it. Is it the same? What are the differences? Etc. Oh, and has anyone else gotten SutePri vibes from Chrno Crusade?

I think I watched Chrno Crusade and Scrapped Princess back to back, so there were definitely some vibes for me. Of course I also relate it to Kyou Kara Maou and that probably makes no sense.

Chris x Winia did seem a little random though I don't mind non-Pacifica pairings.

Thank you for the welcome! Doesn't Rosette remind you of Pacifica? I remember watching Chrno Crusade going: "OMG Rosette is pretty similar to Pacifica in their attitudes!". Kyou Kara Maou vibes as well? Hmm....

Oh! I don't mind non-Pacifica pairings either, I just don't really like Chris x Winia in general. I don't actually know why either. I think it's because I don't like Winia that much?

I think Chrno and Scrapped are much more similar than Scrapped and KKM. But there is a similar optimistic vibe even though bad things happen and the art is fairly similar. There are heaps of differences too though.

It would have been nice if some of the side characters had been developed a little more. *nods*

The manga series consists of a bunch of stand-alone stories in the Sutepri universe. They're worth a read, but they're not incredible. I still like the novels way better than the manga.

If you make icons, can you make one of Eirote holding her notepad, and a caption saying, "Eirote/Notepad = OTP"?

And um, about the icons- I would LOVE to make an Eirote/Notepad = OTP icon for you but I'm only a beginner and my icons aren't very good yet. I don't want to give you a bad icon, you know?
