Incredibly belated, but welcome to the comm! Thanks for joining and for raising a topic of discussion.
It's been a while since I've seen the anime, so I'm having trouble remembering exactly what was told and what was implied. At any rate, of course they didn't "haphazardly mention" Pacifica's identity to everyone they met--if it had been common knowledge, then Diana (from Manuhrin) wouldn't have been so shocked to learn the truth about Pacifica.
Both the royal family and the Church of Mauser suspected that someone had interfered with the Scrapped Princess's disposal, and various bounty hunters were travelling throughout Linevan to search for her. One of them tracked down Yuma Casull and killed him, after which Raquel found Yuma's will. Not one of the siblings had any idea who Pacifica really was until they read that will. She was certainly spoiled, but wouldn't it make more sense to attribute that fact to her being the baby of the family? And if I recall correctly, Pacifica wasn't exempt from chores (she always rose earlier than her siblings, and I believe Carol taught her how to braid her hair so it would be out of the way), though it was implied that she wasn't particularly suited to such tasks.
As far as Pacifica's dignity goes, there was never any implication that it resulted from being treated differently as a child. Rather, the SutePri universe operates on the assumption that noble blood will make itself apparent. Leo, who was raised an aristocrat, is used to dividing people into "nobles" and "commoners." It's not at all strange that he would sense Pacifica's higher breeding.
