Yeah, properly speaking, it would be "none of them does," but since the speaker here has kind of a rough way of talking, I figured improper grammar fit better.
"Large faces, small faces" is the usual structure, but I wanted the mimic something of the original sentence's structure (I already had to chop it up almost entirely). So I went with the more poetic [noun][adjective] structure. (There's a poem by Lee Bennett Hopkins I used to read as a kid called "Subways Are People," and there's a part in it that goes Subways are people-- / People old / People new / People always on the go. Maybe that's where I got the idea, haha.)
