Name: Kay Willow, usually just Kay

How I discovered Scrapped Princess: Hmm. It was ages ago and I don't quite remember. I think I might have found it on my own while looking at the new anime of the season.

The character(s) I will defend with bike chains and broken beer bottles if I see anyone bashing him/her/them: Um... 90% of the protagonists. Pacifica, Forcis, Chris (and Obstinate Arrow <3 ), Leo, Kidaf, EIROTEEEE, etc. Also Steyr. I just like her.

How I plan to contribute: I plan to talk a lot about my opinions, rawr! I also may contribute fanfic when inspired~~

Level of exposure: I've seen all of the anime and some of the manga, and am following the novel like a fangirl from that_oneill_guy.



How SutePri broke my brain: Haha, I love describing it to my friends as The Matrix meets The World (of Dot Hack). When I noticed that everybody was named after weaponry, that was pretty startling. Forcis stabbing Pacifica at the end -- wow, wtf.

How it broke my heart: Forcis stabbing Pacifica at the end. Everything involving Pacifica as Pamela (Fulle, and the queen, and Raquel and Leo's unhappiness).

What I still don't understand: I'm gonna jump on the bandwagon here and say Chris/Winia fans. But other than that, I still want to know what the outside world is like, a lot. :x I also don't understand why Leo attached himself so desperately to that damn Soupy-kun costume. XD

I'm not sure if this really happened or not: Bergens hitting on Raquel. XD C'MON, I JUST ABOUT DIED.

ME TOO. So far all I've gathered is that they're technologically advanced like whoa compared to Dustbin. Only, y'know, with the same fashion sense. XD

Maybe because Pacifica wore it? 'Cause it's squishy? I can't figure it out either!

Well, it didn't actually happen in novel series (since Pacifica-tachi didn't meet him until after Taurus, and they didn't bring the costume with them), so maybe it was just a way of increasing Leo-kun's st00pid-ky00t factor.

Named after weaponry? Umm.. call me stupid, but what names would those be?

Hehe, almost everyone, if you know what you're looking for.

The obvious ones are the Peacemakers. Socom, Cz, Steyr are all guns -- pistols, I think. Galil is a kind of rifle. Obviously Peacemaker itself is a pistol -- it's the famous Old Western gun. Browning is a big name in the industry too.

But there are non-obvious ones too. A Casull is a kind of gun, hence Shannon and Raquel and Pacifica Casull. Winia Chester = Winchester. Even Chris' last name, Armalite, is a brand of ammunition... or something like that. The best way to find out the way their names were meant to be spelled is by finding the weapon with the matching name. ^_~

A quick Google search actually turns up this resource:

Which tells me that Armalite is actually a manufacturer. Oops. ^_^
