I love the way the characters' distinctive voices often render attributions unnecessary (though, on the other hand, it does present even more of a challenge when translating).

I like that aspect of Winia. Thinking about it, working at an inn really would give you an opportunity to learn more about people, especially since employees tend to blend into the background. I can also see why Pacifica and Shannon's arguments would confuse her, since she's only ever known harsh words to be genuinely hateful.
