I can't remember if sensei ever explained the Dragoons' apparent ages. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with their order of manufacture since Nataly and Zeffiris look like little girls while Xi Wang Mu and Terejia look like young women, but other than that . . .
At any rate, Zeffiris gets 8008135 even in the books, though their size and prominence seem to depend on Azumi-sensei's moods. XD
I OTP 'em anyway. Way I figure, my problem with loli is that one party is clearly taking advantage of the other's lack of maturity/worldly knowledge/power/whatever, and that's not the case at all with Shannon and Zeffy. Sure, it's creepy on the surface, but her inner maturity helps to overcome that.
I think some proper fanart should be coming soon even though I have nothing to offer right now.
